THE LAS VEGAS WEDDING COMPANY ASSUMES THAT ANY CLIENT HAS READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING A RESERVATION.
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A GUIDELINE TO PREVENT ANY MISUNDERSTANDING OF COMPANY POLICIES.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANNOT BE USE TO WAIVE ANY LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER STATE OR FEDERAL LAW.
THE LAS VEGAS WEDDING COMPANY ACCEPTS RESERVATIONS ONLY BASED ON THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY.
A RESERVATION WITH A PAID RETAINER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT AGREEMENT
GENERAL
Client agree to hire The Las Vegas Wedding Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Company", for the date and time specified on the reservation e-mail to or from Client.
Client may change wedding date as long as new date is not booked. Certain locations may require additional payment of a use fee by the client prior to booking the site. The company reserves the right to adjust the ceremony by up to one hour due to conditions beyond our control.
All reservations are accepted with the understanding that permits to perform the weddings must be obtained after the Reservation is made for most city, state and federal locations.
Client understands and acknowledges that he/she is financially responsible for any damages and/or injury caused by them or any person in attendance at the event contracted for.
Company reserves the right to change location of wedding to equal or greater location due to weather or items out of our control. Should weather impact Client's location, Company will make other arrangements for Client at no extra cost and/or perform the wedding ceremony the next suitable day.
Vendors may increase it's fees for holidays and special events days.
In some events either time and/or facilities will not allow us to process photos on site, company reserves the right to, at its options, either to deliver the discs?to the clients hotel or mail photo disc to them.
Company mails U.S. Postal service First Class, unless client requests and pays for overnight etc.
Company does not achieve any videos or photos. Company is not responsible for loss of data after it leaves our control and/or Act of God or equipment failure. Should client request a data search a pre paid fee of $100.00 for data search and/or recovery and $25.00 per DVD ordered plus shipping. This service requires cash or check only.
TRANSPORTATION
We provide complimentary transportation, if requested by Client, for Bride, Groom and the number of guests as provided for in the package and?is provided from strip hotels to the wedding venue and return to the pick up location.
The company reserves the right to substitute transportation equipment based on availability.
Cars are NON SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL is allowed to be consumed in the cars.
Client must provide car seat as required by law.
Company cannot be held liable for actions of third party transportation, including but not limited to helicopters, limousines, buses and goddolas.
Should the client be more then fifteen minute late to the pick up location and cannot be reached by phone the company reserves the right to cancel the event due to a no show by clients, no refund will extended to the credit card holder for a no show by the party.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Your reservation is divided into two transactions.
Transaction Number one is taken at the time of reserving your wedding.
These funds are used to retain professional services, processing, park fees, city permits etc.
This retainer is not refundable.
All special orders and/or requests are non-refundable once paid for by the clients?whether used by the client or not.
Retainer and/or any payments made to date are?non-refundable should credit card be declined
Client may review photos and videos at the wedding venue and should any item not be acceptable to the client the company will reshoot those items. Client has the option to review all photos and videos prior to leaving the venue.
FINAL PAYMENT
Balance of your reservation due 30 days prior to your wedding.
A declined card will cancel the reservation with notice to client
The card holder notifies the company in writing only for the cancellation 30 days prior to event.
You may e-mail us with your cancellation, any changes in the Terms and Conditions must be in writing.
We will confirm your e-mail within twenty four hours.
Your card will not be charges for the final payment.
No refund without a tirity day notice on final payment only
ARBITRATED
All disputes will be arbitrated in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the laws of the State of Nevada.
Each party shall pay for its own cost.
Damages are limited to the cost of the actual wedding paid to company less any subcontracted cost.
Helicopter Weddings:
Please note that Helicopter weddings have the following additional terms and conditions.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS
Pricing is based upon four guests plus the minister and photograph.
Weight limits do apply with a maximum weight of 275 pounds per passenger.
Flight can be rescheduled with a?24 hour written notice.
Refund with a 48 hour notice on wedding services only
Client must call our office when arriving in Las Vegas to confirm pick up time and location.
Company must have hotel name and whom the name is registered in.
Wedding couple must bring credit card used to charged flight with them
Weather days will be rescheduled, no refunds will be given except for the cost of the helicopter with notice as required by the helicopter company.
